The Student Colleges Compete For

Every compelling application is the expression of a student’s development—not a checklist assembled under pressure.

Grades 9–10 | Purpose & Positioning
These are the years students learn who they are and explore academic trajectories before seeking to impress colleges.

Grades 10–11 | SAT/ACT Prep & Admissions Planning
Applicants to selective universities all have the GPAs, test scores, and titles. Every decision—testing, coursework, activities, summer—should be serving students’ personal and academic narrative.

What Others Have Said

“My daughter and I spent many hours working with the incredible Diana Ha on college essays. Her expertise and devotion were unmatched. I underestimated the scope of the project. We learned so much. I cannot recommend working with Diana enough!”

Working with Diana completely changed the way I approached writing and self-reflection throughout the college application process. She taught me how to focus on meaningful details and uncover the deeper story behind my experiences. Her guidance relieved so much stress during such an important time in my life. And the skills she taught me have been incredibly valuable in college, especially in reading and writing-intensive courses where organization, clarity, and analysis are essential.

“My senior and I thought she had excellent essays before she took Diana’s course. Wow, are we glad we did! Diana provided inventive yet easy-to-follow methods to capture the reader and showcase Ellie’s strengths. Eillie’s rewrites blew me away.”
